Fall Catch Up

 I am so behind on blogging but we had such an eventful fall with little miss Elsie that I have to put up some of our pictures!! She is getting big so fast its crazy. She really got into the whole pumpkin, witches and Halloween thing which made everything so fun!

We went to Gardner Village with Morgs, Hadley, Preston, Lizzie and Jeddie. Elsie was a maniac the whole time running around but she always loves seeing friends and loved the ducks, witches and "funny guys" aka the scary things

Chica and Tiny... Elsie's new BFF's! My sisters new little kittys are Chica and Tiny and Elsie is obbessed! I have never seen anything like it. The poor things put up with Elsie pulling their tails, ears and legs, chasing them around and trying to pick them up. We went to Ashley's house one day and got to play with the kitty's and make Halloween cookies!

I took away Elsie's binki which has put a serious road bump in our napping time. She has been so tired lately that she fell asleep in her high chair! I never thought I would see the day. She only sleeps in her crib or car, never anywhere else!

Dave's cute Aunt and Uncle put on such a fun Halloween party every year. Elsie and Brooklyn had a ball with the hay rides and frosting cookies!

We went to the Pumpkin Patch with the Ferrans. Elsie loves pumpkins these days so she was in heaven!

We also went to Cornbelly's with Mike, Traci and Brooklyn. There were so many fun things for the girls  to do they loved it!

We said farwell to the park! Elsie had a few final rides!

Elsie finger painted for the first time and loved it!! She made me hang her pictures up in her play room!

Halloween: This year Elsie was Dorothy and the best part of it for her was Toto! She loved her little dog and still randomly talks about him!

And of course our hot tub dips! Dave loves hot tubbing and I hate it! Now that Elsie is old enough to get in our hot tub has gotten a lot of use! Elsie and Dave get in it a few times and week and she loves it!!

 We went to the zoo one last day before it got too cold! Elsie is our little animal lover so she of course loves the zoo! This time Dave got to come with us on his day off!

We went to Quinn's first birthday party and got to see all of Elsie's friends! Aren't these the cutest babies!!

We made carmel apples that Elsie didn't like. I swear sometimes the way she does not like treats  kills me. She is not my child!

Dave and I went to a Halloween party and we dressed up as Footloose! My outfit didn't quite cut it but Ill be better next year!

Summer Wrap Up

I cant believe summer is over. It always goes by so fast. We had such a great summer doing lots of things! Elsie is at a great age to get out and do things... here are some random pictures I found on my phone.

We decided to take Elsie on a little hike up to the waterfall above Pepperwood. The only problem was she didn't have shoes. We were planning on going to Dave's parents pool but it was closed for cleaning so Dave carried her on a hike instead.

Our last time at the splash pad with our friends. Elsie loved coming and playing in the water and swings! We will miss it!

We went to the Greek Festival with my parents. It is my favorite and I love going every year. It took Elise about a half hour to muster the courage to get a face paint. She kept wanting one but then would get nervous. Funny girl!

We had such a fun and busy summer! Days definitely go by faster when it warm and we can play outside all day! Elsie will miss her favorite thing to do... "Go Outside"!!
